These terms govern your use of the Motek app ("the App"), developed by Oat Apps. By using the App, you agree to these terms.
You retain ownership of all tasks, notes, and other content you create in the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely to provide the service (e.g., syncing tasks between you and your partner).
The App allows you to connect with one partner via invitation codes. When connected, you and your partner can view and manage shared tasks. You can disconnect from your partner at any time through the App's settings.

We strive to keep the App available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oat Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by signing out and deleting it from your device.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
